Infralyft LLC (“Infralyft,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit https://www.infralyft.com (the “Site”) or otherwise contact us.
This policy covers the Site and ordinary business communications. If you become a client, a signed services agreement or data processing addendum may describe additional practices for project data.

When you use our contact form or otherwise reach us, we may collect:

- Email address
- Company name
- Phone number
- Message content and any other information you choose to include
- Records of emails, calls, or meetings you have with us
Please do not include sensitive personal information (for example, government ID numbers, financial account numbers, or health information) in the public contact form unless we specifically request it under a services agreement.

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may collect:

Information from others

We do not sell contact-form submissions to data brokers.

The Site may link to third-party websites. This policy does not apply to those sites. Review their privacy policies before providing information to them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
